1.3 The purpose of the Website is to enable Employees to make their details available to Employers and Agents. Employees can upload their own personal details, which can be viewed by Employers or Agents. Employers and Employees can amend or remove their details at any time.

1.4 Employers will, following payment, be able to contact Employees direct.

1.5 Definitions of these terms and conditions can be found in 7.0.

Usage


2.1 Employers and Employees may only use the Website for the purpose of seeking employment or seeking domestic help.

2.2 Employers and Employees must ensure that the details provided by them are complete, truthful, accurate and not misleading, and should update their details on the Website immediately, in the event that the posted details change.

2.3 Employers and Employees must not disclose their log in details and password to anyone else. You are responsible for use of your user name and password by any third party. Furthermore, You will not do anything that would assist a non-registered user to gain access to any part of the Website.

2.4 Employers and Employees are responsible for their own communications and postings on or via the Website. We set out below a non-exhaustive list of prohibited uses of the Website. In the event that You engage in any prohibited use of the Website, the Company may terminate Your access to the Website immediately, without liability and without notice to You. Prohibited uses of the Website include:

2.5.1 Uploading or introducing false or fraudulent Employer or Employee details.

2.5.2 Uploading or introducing unlawful material or material which in our opinion, is pornographic, obscene, offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory (on grounds of race, sex, religion or religious belief, disability, sexual orientation, age, marital status, civil partnership status or otherwise), malicious or threatening.

2.5.3 Deleting or revising any material posted by another person.

2.5.4 Posting copyrighted material unless You are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it; or posting material that infringes the intellectual property rights of others or the privacy of others.

2.5.5 Posting links or references to other websites.

2.5.6 Use in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

2.6 Please note that the Company reserves its rights to and You consent to the Company monitoring the Website to ensure that it is being used lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

2.7 The Company reserves the right to terminate Your access to the Website at any time. It will do so by emailing You at the email address You have registered.

2.8 You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing the Company to admin@no-more-chaos.com Your user name and password will then become invalid.

2.9 The Company reserves the right to deactivate your account without liability to them in the event You have not signed in to your account for over 30 days after the payment period has expired.

Warranties


3.1 The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of communications posted by users or endorses any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk.

3.2 The Company does not verify or check, in any manner, the Employer, Employee or Candidate or details of the job vacancy posted on this Website. Employees should carry out independent reference checks on Employers. Employers should independently verify the credentials, qualifications and references of Employees. The Company does not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of vacancies or Employee credentials provided through the Website.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to forward details to the Police, Regulatory Authorities, (including the Department of Trade and Industry, Employment Agencies Standards Directorate and the Information Commissioner), legislative and judicial bodies, should Your use of the Website breach any applicable law or regulations or be inconsistent with these Terms.

3.4 For the avoidance of doubt, the Website is a bulletin board or venue and is not an employment business or an employment agency within the meaning of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 or any regulations made pursuant thereto. The Company acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of user submitted information only.

Intellectual Property Rights


4.1 The Company is the owner and/or authorised users of any trademarks, registered trademarks and/or service marks used or appearing within the Website, and is the copyright and database right owner of the content and/or information available on or downloaded through the Website.

5.2 The Company makes no warranty that the contents of this Website are free from infection by viruses or anything else which has contaminating or destructive properties and shall have no liability in respect thereof.

5.3 The Website contains links that lead to other websites over which the Company has no control and accordingly the Company accepts no responsibility or liability for any of the material contained on those websites.
